We should grow into a leading company in the field of the process fired heaters and related products by developing products and services with the latest technology in order to meet the various needs of our customers, and supplying these products to the global market.

We should operate our quality management system for the operations of the entire company, such as engineering, procurement, production, construction, and trial operation in order to satisfy the needs and expectations of our customers and stakeholders regarding delivery, quality, and price.

We should effectively manage and maintain this system in order to establish and achieve the quality objectives required when we perform all tasks of each division, and prove its effectiveness.

All employees in the company's organization should be familiar with the management policy, and implement, maintain, and continually improve the company’s quality management system according to the organization's circumstances in order to achieve these objectives.

Environment and health & safety management policy

We should establish and effectively implement environmental and occupational safety management systems in accordance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements, so that we may contribute to the continual improvement of the natural environment, and to the health & safety of our employees.

We should systematically establish, implement, maintain, and continually improve the environment, and health & safety management systems so that we may satisfy the requirements of customers, workers, and other stake holding parties regarding the environment, and health & safety, which will help us to prevent injuries and hazards and provide a safe and pleasant working environment.

We should effectively maintain this system in order to establish and achieve the environment and health & safety goals required for performing all tasks of each division, and prove the system's effectiveness.

We should provide the elements important for occupational health & safety and the environment to material suppliers and subcontractors, and recommended that they adopt similar health & safety and environmental management systems.

We should continue to review and improve the compliance and effectiveness of the health & safety, and environment management systems, and implement continual training so that our employees can better understand and implement all aspects of the health & safety, and environmental management systems and their protocols.

We should identify and comply with occupational health & safety, and environmental laws and regulations regarding the supply of products and services, and make sufficient investment and developments for the purpose of preventing potential disasters.

We should implement and maintain this policy so that employees can discuss and participate while making decisions about the environment, and health & safety.
